Greek Salad Pasta

Serves 4 person

Ingredient Quantity
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Dijon mustard                         1/2 tsp
Oregano, dried 1 tsp
Alce Nero Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1/2  lemon
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Alce Nero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil   1/2 cup
Alce Nero Fusilli 3 cups
Feta Cheese 1/2 cup
Olives, sliced and pitted 1/2 cup
 cherry tomatoes, sliced 10
1 japanese cucumber sliced


Balsamic Prosciutto Salad



  1. Mix the dressing ingredients and set aside
  2. Cook the pasta according to packaging and let it cool
  3. In a bowl, add in the pasta and vegetables. Pour in the dressing and mix. Season well. 
  4. Put in fridge for one hour and serve while cold
